Order Confirmation
Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we’ve received your order and pre-authorized the payment on your credit card. At this point, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to verify that the product is in stock and ready for immediate shipment.

If the item is backordered or unavailable, we will cancel the pre-authorization and notify you by email.

If the item(s) are available and ready for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will proceed with charging your payment method and prepare your order for shipment.
Order Shipment
If your order is in stock and payment is processed, we will ship it within five business days from the date the order is placed. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive tracking information via email within 24 hours.
