At Second Chance Zone, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
Please note:
❌ Returns due to buyer’s remorse (changing your mind after receiving the item) are not accepted.
✅ Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:

📦 Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
🧾 Restocking Fee
All eligible returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. This helps cover inspection, handling, and repackaging costs.
💰 Refunds
Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days after we receive and approve your returned item. Once processed, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund.
⚠️ Damages & Issues
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We’ll review your issue and make it right.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
