📦 Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Every order from Second Chance Zone ships free within the U.S. — no minimum required.
Note: Some vendors may not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
🚚 How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Tracking info will be emailed once your order ships.
🌎 Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently only ship within the continental United States.
🔁 What is your return policy?
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Read more here.
💸 Can I use more than one discount code?
In most cases, no — only one discount code can be applied per order.
✨ However, during special promotions, subscribers may receive exclusive invites that allow limited-time code stacking. Make sure you're on the list so you don’t miss out!
📧 I signed up but didn’t get my discount code?
Sometimes emails get filtered or delayed — but we’ve got you!

Not at this time — but we're working on it! If you'd like to send someone a gift from Second Chance Zone, just reach out and we’ll help you make it happen.
🔎 How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. If you didn’t get one, check your spam folder — or contact us and we’ll send it over manually.
📦 Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Unfortunately, no. We require a valid physical address for delivery. Many of our carriers (including FedEx) do not ship to PO Boxes. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
🧩 I need a replacement part — can you help?
In most cases, yes! Just reach out to us through our Contact Form with your order number, a photo of the issue, and the part you need. We’ll do our best to assist.
🎄 Do you sell seasonal or holiday items?
Yes — we have rotating collections for holidays like Christmas, Thanksgiving, Halloween, and more. Check out our Seasonal Favorites section to see what’s currently in stock.
🆕 Are your products brand new?
Yes — everything we sell is brand new, unopened, and comes straight from our suppliers. We don’t sell used or refurbished items, unless clearly marked in the product title or description.
